1. Earning Rewards as a Viewer

• Watch and Earn: Viewers can earn rewards by watching videos and other content completely. Partial viewing or skipping the video will result in no rewards.
• To qualify for rewards, you must watch the video until the end without skipping.
• The earned rewards will be added to your LabLum wallet, which you can withdraw anytime following LabLum’s standard withdrawal process.

2. Eligibility for Rewards

• Only fully watched videos are eligible for rewards. If you exit, pause, or skip the video before completion, the viewing session will not count, and no rewards will be credited.
• You must ensure that your account is in good standing and active to participate in the rewards program.

3. Withdrawal of Earnings

• You can withdraw your earned rewards from the LabLum wallet at any time. The withdrawal will be processed, and funds will be transferred to your registered bank account within 7-14 days.
• Ensure your bank account information is accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your funds.

4. Code of Conduct

• As a viewer, you are expected to engage with content responsibly and respectfully.
• Any misuse of the platform, such as attempting to manipulate views or rewards, may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. No Tolerance for Fraudulent Activity

• LabLum has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities such as fake viewing patterns, bots, or other dishonest practices.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, your account may be subject to a permanent ban, and any pending rewards will be forfeited.

6. Content Guidelines

• As a viewer, you may provide feedback on the content you watch. However, make sure that your comments and interactions follow LabLum’s community guidelines.
• Avoid using offensive language, hate speech, or any form of harassment in your comments. We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful community for all users.

7. Policy Changes

• LabLum reserves the right to modify this Viewer Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after updates to the policy implies your acceptance of the changes.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LabLum account. Do not share your account details with others.
• Any activity or rewards associated with your account are your responsibility, so ensure your viewing habits align with LabLum’s policies.
