By applying for LabLum's Official Blue Tick Verification, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your application.

1. Eligibility

• To be considered for verification, your LabLum account must meet the platform's eligibility requirements, including but not limited to activity, authenticity, and content quality.
• The decision to grant the blue tick badge is solely at the discretion of LabLum's admin team.

2. One-Time Payment

• The fee for applying for the Blue Tick Verification is a one-time payment of ₹99. This amount may change in the future at LabLum’s discretion.
• Payment does not guarantee approval. The blue tick badge is only issued after the admin team has reviewed and approved your application.

3. Non-Refundable Fee

• The ₹99 payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is approved or denied. Ensure that your account meets LabLum’s guidelines before applying.

4. Admin Review

• All applications will be reviewed by LabLum's admin team to ensure that the account complies with our verification criteria.
• Admins reserve the right to reject any application without providing detailed reasons for the decision.
• LabLum reserves the right to revoke the blue tick if the account is found violating any of the platform’s community guidelines in the future.

5. Verification Criteria

• Your account must represent a real person, business, or entity.
• Your account should be active and in good standing with no violations of LabLum’s terms of service.
• The decision to award the blue tick is based on various factors, including the originality of content, account engagement, and authenticity.

6. Changes to the Terms

• LabLum reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app, and users are advised to review these terms periodically.

7. Validity of Blue Tick

• Once granted, the blue tick is valid for the lifetime of the account, provided that the user complies with LabLum’s guidelines and terms of service.
• LabLum reserves the right to remove the blue tick if any suspicious activity or violation of terms is detected on the account.
